My extensive experience as a full time Realtor since the 1980s with over $200,000,000 in home sales has put me in the trust of all my customers and clients. In addition to working with buyers and sellers on resale homes, I have vast experience working with builders and new home buyers. I was the former Sales & Marketing Director for Edgemoore Homes from 1992 to 1996 and achieved the status of #1 NVAR New Home Top Producer in 1993 and 1994 and the #3 New Home Top Producer in 1995 and 1996. My cumulative successes have earned me membership in the NVAR Life Top Producer Club as well as the NVAR Life Multi-million Dollar Sales Club and I have also earned multiple achievement awards within the RE/MAX organization. I have completed the Dr. Karrass Collective Negotiating Course and I pride myself on keen negotiation skills. Most recently I have earned the #5 position among the top 10 Individuals for RE/MAX for the state of Virginia for 2008 and the #10 position among the top 10 Individuals for RE/MAX Central Atlantic Region in 2008.
