Vienna

Welcome to Vienna, a wonderful city with a small town feel less than 20 miles from Washington DC

Vienna is a suburb of Washington, D.C. with a 2020 population 16,389.  It is the 33rd largest city in Virginia and is less than 20 miles from Washington DC.  Significantly more people live outside of the city limits of Vienna but still live in Vienna zip codes with Vienna postal addresses (22180, 22181, 22182), bordered approximately by Interstate 66 on the south, Interstate 495 on the east, Route 7 to the North and Hunter Mill Rd.  Vienna is home to the only U.S. National Park devoted to the performing arts (Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts ).  The W&OD Trail crosses through downtown Vienna and several parks are located near the town, including Meadowlark Botanical Gardens .

Vienna combines small town fun with nature, music, craft beer, local dining and interesting history.  The Rotary Club and the Town of Vienna host the Viva Vienna Festival every Memorial Day weekend.  Every year since 1946, the town has hosted a Halloween parade for families.  Many community organizations offer play and recreation in all types of sports to all ages.  There is something for everyone to enjoy in Vienna.  And if you want to travel somewhere else in the area, the Vienna Metro Station on the Orange line can literally take you anywhere you want to go in the Metropolitan area.  And if you want to drive, the central location of Vienna in Northern Virginia and the many major roads servicing Vienna make travel ultra convenient.
